What is I.A.M?
Intimate Acoustic Music is an experience everyone should have. I.A.M Henley is bringing talented original musicians from around the country to entertain the people of Henley on Thames in unique locations around the town. The aim of I.A.M Henley is to give further exposure to a whole host of incredible talent, raise vital funds for Valley Road school's new community classroom and to work with local businesses to bring unique, acoustic events to the town.
While you might enjoy singing along to a well known classic cover there are so many artists out there writing their own material...these are the hidden gems that we want to wrap up warm and feed up so that the future of music remains bright! I.A.M Henley wants to give artists money, opportunity, appreciation and plenty of promotion in return for an incredible experience and their talent. Fundraising
I.A.M Henley is working with Valley Road School to put on exclusive house concerts which will help to raise important money for the children of Valley Road School. These are put on by parents at the school and all profits go directly to the school. If you are interested in hosting a house concert to help us raise funds please get in touch: I.A.M In!
Supporting Local Business
I.A.M Henley is all for Henley on Thames, it's local businesses, big and small. We've spoken to a host of different places which could be used as venues including local shops, gyms, restaurants and the cinema with a fantastic response from all. We're hoping to use different venues around town to support those businesses and use the wealth of incredible space we have to house incredible events!
